Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoices in the NWS dashboard


- If you click “Show all invoices”, you will find all invoices generated for your account → Here you can download each individual invoice.
- You receive a separate invoice for each project started within our services.
Alternatively:
Click on your user icon in the top right corner of the screen!

Select “Show invoices”

Where can I set a separate email for invoices?
To ensure that our invoices are sent directly to the correct department (e.g., Accounting), you can store invoice email addresses.
To do this, go to “Manage organization” in the NWS customer interface. 
Here you can enter an email address for invoices.

If the “Billing” field remains empty, invoices will be sent directly to the primary address in the “Email” field.
Is it possible to store multiple email addresses for invoices?
Yes, that is possible. You can simply enter multiple email addresses in the “Invoice Email” field under “Manage organization”. They only need to be separated by a comma.
The first address will be used as “To:” and all subsequent addresses will be placed in the “CC:” field.
Where can I find the credit balance?
If a credit has been allocated to you, you can check the remaining amount at any time.
You can find the amount in the invoicing section:
Go to “Overview” and click on “Show all invoices”

Here you will find the credit balance below the invoice graphic

All monthly invoice amounts are deducted from the allocated credit balance until it is fully exhausted.
Cost Explorer
Since our NETWAYS Cloud, DBaaS, and Kubernetes support services are billed based on usage, you can use our Cost Explorer at any time to see which costs have already been incurred in the current month.
You can find the Cost Explorer in the submenu of the respective service (see screenshot):

Here you can see the current consumption for this month:

And a forecast of the expected total cost based on the current consumption:

There is no Cost Explorer for our Managed Services, as they have fixed prices only.
