Migrating existing data is not free, but can be billed and performed as part of the MyEngineer® service.
Support Coverage
The support included in our Nextcloud Managed Service includes:
- free resolution of issues in ongoing operation
- assistance with application and user issues on a Best Effort basis
Bugs and Security Vulnerabilities in Nextcloud
The Nextcloud Managed Service does not include fixing software bugs and security vulnerabilities.
In this case, one must wait for a fix in the Nextcloud project.
Pricing
The price of the Nextcloud Managed Service includes the following cost items:
- Data traffic – no separate billing
- Maintenance – e.g., applying updates
- Support – see above
- Monitoring – the Nextcloud Managed Service is continuously monitored for functionality
