Migrating existing data is not free of charge, but can be billed and carried out as part of the MyEngineer® Service.
Support Coverage
The support included in our Nextcloud Managed Service covers:
- free resolution of technical issues during ongoing operation of Nextcloud
- assistance with application and user issues on a best-effort basis
- no further setup of services or specialized configuration
Bugs and Security Vulnerabilities in Nextcloud
The Nextcloud Managed Service does not include the resolution of software bugs and security vulnerabilities.
In this case, you must wait for a fix in the Nextcloud project.
Pricing
The price of the Nextcloud Managed Service includes the following:
- Data transfer - no separate billing
- Maintenance - e.g., applying updates
- Support - as described above
- Monitoring - the Nextcloud Managed Service is continuously monitored for functionality
