Domain Settings
Subdomain
In the GitLab menu at MyNWS click Settings. Then open the CNAME tab and enter the desired subdomain.
Customer Domain
In the GitLab menu at MyNWS click Settings. Then open the Custom Domain tab and enter the desired domain.
A Let's Encrypt certificate will be requested and then integrated.
Change the Name of the GitLab Instance
In the GitLab menu at MyNWS click Manage Contract. Here you can change the title of the GitLab instance.
Available Storage
In the GitLab menu at MyNWS click Usage.
In this submenu you can view the used storage and the traffic generated by your GitLab instance.
OAuth Integration
Various OAuth integrations are available such as Entra ID, ADFS, Bitbucket, etc.
In the GitLab menu at MyNWS click Settings. Then open the External authentication with OAuth tab and enter the credentials for the desired method.
Updating or Recreating Runners
If you want to recreate GitLab runners or if you need to upgrade them to a newer versions, you can do so in MyNWS.
Navigate to Settings in your GitLab app context, set the runner token, and click on Update Runner.
Updating GitLab Runner Tokens
If you haven't saved your valid runner token or want to rotate it, you can create a new token in GitLab under Admin Area > CI/CD > Runner.
Upgrade to a Larger Plan
In the GitLab menu at MyNWS click Manage Contract.
Here you can select a new plan; the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Different Requirements
If the Premium Plan is insufficient for any reason or other requirements are needed, an individual solution based on OpenStack can be requested via sales@netways.de.
Backups of User Data
All data in GitLab is backed up every night. These backups include the configuration as well as the data stored within GitLab. Backups are retained for one day.
