A migration of existing data is not free, but can be billed and performed within the MyEngineer®-Service.
Support Coverage
The support included in our Prometheus Managed Service includes:
- free resolution of issues in ongoing operation
- assistance with application and user problems on a Best Effort basis
Errors and Security Vulnerabilities in Prometheus
The Prometheus Managed Service does not include fixing software bugs and security vulnerabilities.
In this case, one must wait for a fix in the Prometheus project.
Pricing
The price of the Prometheus Managed Service includes the following cost items:
- Traffic – no separate billing
- Maintenance – e.g., applying updates
- Support – see above
- Monitoring – the Prometheus Managed Service is continuously monitored for functionality
