Payment Methods

Available Payment Methods

We offer three payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, and Purchase on account.

Modalities

Managed Services with fixed-price (GitLab, Icinga Master, etc.)

  • When paying by PayPal or Credit Card the contract term is 30 days
  • When paying by Purchase on account, Managed Services with fixed price are only available with an annual contract

Resource-based services (OpenStack, Kubernetes, MyEngineer, etc.)

  • These are billed monthly, regardless of the selected payment method

Manage Payment Method

To use our K8s, OpenStack, or DBaaS services, you must add a payment method in advance:

  • Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the user interface (https://my.nws.netways.de/)

  • Select “Manage Payment Method”

  • Choose your payment method: invoice purchase, PayPal, or credit card

  • If you select invoice purchase, we will automatically receive a request. We will then check whether we can approve your application or if you need to choose a different payment method.
