Change language

In the Nextcloud menu in MyNWS you can change the language.

To do this, click on Settings. The first item is the Default Language setting.

Customizations

Subdomain

In the Nextcloud menu in MyNWS click on Settings. Then open the CNAME tab and enter the desired subdomain.

Customer domain

In the Nextcloud menu in MyNWS click on Settings. Then open the Customer Domain tab and enter the desired domain.

Additionally, choose whether to use a Let’s Encrypt certificate or a custom SSL certificate.

Change the name of the Nextcloud instance

In the Nextcloud menu in MyNWS click on Manage Contract. Here you can change the title of the Nextcloud instance.

Available storage

In the Nextcloud menu in MyNWS click on Usage.

In this submenu you can view the used storage and the traffic of your Nextcloud instance.

Upgrade to a larger plan

In the Nextcloud menu in MyNWS click on Manage Contract.

Here you can choose between the following plans:

  • Basic
    • 5 Users
    • 50 GB Storage Space
  • Advanced
    • 25 Users
    • 200 GB Storage Space
  • Premium
    • 100 Users
    • 1000 GB Storage Space

Different requirements

If the Premium plan is insufficient for any reason or other requirements are needed, an individual solution based on OpenStack can be requested via sales@netways.de.

Nextcloud App Store

You have full access to the Nextcloud App Store. A specific portfolio is pre‑installed, but you can (de)install and (de)activate any available apps.

Provided Office Suite

Nextcloud Office is provided; it is based on Collabora.

User data backups

All data in Nextcloud is backed up every night. These backups include the configuration as well as the data stored within Nextcloud. The backups are retained for one day.
