Subdomain
In the Managed Services menu in MyNWS, click on the app and select Domain Settings. Then select the CNAME tab and enter the desired subdomain.
Customer Domain
First, configure your domain with a CNAME record pointing to nextcloud.saas.netways.cloud or an A record pointing to 193.142.157.137.
In the Managed Services menu in MyNWS, click on the app and select Domain Settings. Then open the Custom Domain tab and enter the desired domain.
A Let's Encrypt certificate will be issued automatically for the domain.
Changing the Name of the Nextcloud Instance
In the Managed Services menu in MyNWS, click on the app and select Manage Contract. Here you can change the title of the Nextcloud instance.
Available Storage
In the Managed Services menu in MyNWS, click on the app and select Usage.
In this submenu, you can view the storage used by your Nextcloud instance.
Upgrading to a Larger Plan
In the Managed Services menu in MyNWS, click on the app and select Manage Contract.
Here you can choose between the following plans:
Basic
- 5 users
- 50GB storage
Advanced
- 25 users
- 1TB storage
- High Performance Backend
- Nextcloud Talk
Premium
- 100 users
- 2TB storage
- High Performance Backend
- Nextcloud Talk
Special Requirements
If the Premium Plan is not sufficient for various reasons or other requirements are needed, an individual solution based on OpenStack can be requested via sales@netways.de.
Nextcloud App Store
You have full access to the Nextcloud App Store. A specific portfolio is preinstalled, but you can (un)install and (de)activate all available apps.
Provided Office Suite
Nextcloud Office is provided, it is based on Collabora.
High Performance Backend
The High Performance Backend ensures stable video conferences even with a high number of participants.
Backups of User Data
All data in Nextcloud is backed up every night. These backups include the configuration as well as the data stored within Nextcloud. Backups are retained for one day.
