Costs for Data Migration

A migration of existing data is not free, but can be billed and performed within the MyEngineer®-Service.

Support Coverage

The support included in our Icinga Managed Service covers:

  • free resolution of problems in ongoing operation
  • assistance with application and user issues on a Best Effort basis

Errors and Security Vulnerabilities in Icinga

The Icinga Managed Service does not include fixing software bugs and security vulnerabilities.

In this case, a fix in the Icinga project must be awaited.

Pricing

The price of the Icinga Managed Service includes the following cost items:

  • Data traffic – no separate billing
  • Maintenance – e.g., applying updates
  • Support – see above
  • Monitoring – the Icinga Managed Service is continuously monitored for functionality
